  • These communities are designed to leverage our strengths as a Department and medical institution.
  • Our goal is to develop leaders in pediatric through collaborative clinical experiences, mentorship and scholarship.
  • Residents will join in their PGY-1 year, culminating in a scholarly project to be presented at the DOP Research Retreat at the end of their PGY-3 year.
  • Membership will include the faculty lead, resident co-leaders, faculty mentors, fellows and residents. Future plans are to involve medical students and other healthcare professionals.
