Pro Football Star Jason McCourty to be interviewed by Pediatric Patients for Mock Press conference to Raise Awareness for Sickle Cell Disease

As part of the McCourty Twins Tackle Sickle Cell campaign local pro football star Jason McCourty  will be making a special visit to The Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center Tuesday, Nov., 18 at 5 p.m. to visit with patients and families and learn more about The Vanderbilt-Meharry Center of Excellence in Sickle Cell Disease.  

Some of our pediatric patients will help put on a mock press conference and will have the opportunity to interview the cornerback.  Along with the press conference, Jason will be given a tour of the facility. In addition, there will be a small reception with the opportunity for our patients and families to meet and take pictures with Jason.
