The Vanderbilt Vaccine Research Program is improving the lives of children, families, and the community by conducting scientifically rigorous and ethically sound clinical research. Our goal is that tomorrow will be better than today.
The Vanderbilt Vaccine Research Program is one of only eight Vaccine Treatment and Evaluation Units (VTEUs) in the U.S. to receive a new contract to continue evaluating innovative vaccines for malaria, pandemic flu and other infections over the next seven years. The program is recognized internationally for its work on vaccines against serious childhood infections including respiratory syncytial virus and haemophilius influenzae.
