Welcome to your Pediatric Clerkship. The Department of Pediatrics will offer you a broad education in preventative medicine, health and disease processes from the neonatal period through adolescence. We hope you will gain an understanding of the many ways pediatric patients differ from adults. You will learn about growth and development, diagnosis and management of common pediatric illnesses, and the approach of pediatricians to the health care of children. See the links below to learn more about the various aspects of our clerkship program.

Medical Students

Each spring the Registrar's office manages lotteries of preferences for the clerkships. A meeting is held in February for the class to kick off the preparation season for rising third year students.
